@EuropaSH: Hello Everyone! I am a co-founder of the SmartHoldem platform and a member of the platform development team.
Part 1 — Introduction and questions from the host
Q1: So can you tell us about SmartHoldem? We’re keen to understand its key features, its unique value proposition, and how it differentiates itself in the crypto space.
SmartHoldem STH is a cryptocurrency and blockchain-based platform allowing anyone to create high-performance Web3 games. The SmartHoldem blockchain can process over 5,000,000,000 transactions daily, making it an excellent solution for the gaming industry.
The network Layer 1 runs on a Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) BFT consensus mechanism. The balance between transaction processing speed, dynamic fees, security, and decentralization provides the necessary scalability for the effective development of the SmartHoldem platform by growing demand. The network can quickly scale by x10 or x1000.
SmartHoldem is reducing the crypto industry's reliance on Smart Contracts by using new types of transactions, TRNG service, ZKP (Zero-Knowledge Proof) functions, and popular programming languages.
SmartHoldem aims to revolutionize the gaming industry with its blockchain-based provably fair gaming technology. The SmartHoldem platform offers transparent, decentralized, and provably fair tools for game developers and the iGaming sector. With the SmartHoldem blockchain, developers can create multiplayer Web3 games, decentralized applications (Dapps), and various services.
SmartHoldem Provably Fair technologies guarantee a level playing field for everyone. Most importantly, the result was and will be completely random and free from human intervention, central authority, or third parties.
Q2: Could you provide us with a detailed breakdown of SmartHoldem? We’re interested in understanding the distribution and allocation of tokens, including any details on supply, vesting schedules, and how the tokens are utilized within the ecosystem.
To answer your question, I need to tell you how the platform's history began.
SmartHoldem was founded in late 2017 and raised $170k in Bitcoin and other cryptos through an initial distribution. The distribution was overseen by the reputable Escrows of the BitcoinTalk forum, who were selected by members of the SmartHoldem community. All funds raised were held by Escrow and were paid out as the roadmap items were completed. During the initial distribution, 83% of the total STH supply was allocated to SmartHoldem ICO participants, 8% to advisors and angels, 3% to Bounty campaign participants, and 6% was reserved in the Dev fund.
SmartHoldem launched its Mainnet on December 14, 2017, with 240M SmartHoldem STH coins created at Genesis.
The SmartHoldem blockchain was updated to version 2.0 in August 2023. After two years of dedicated development, our team has successfully launched the innovative SmartHoldem gaming blockchain. SmartHoldem 2.0 is a next-generation open-source hybrid blockchain platform based on the world's first consensus mechanism with a unique combination of Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) and Proof of SpaceTime (PoSt) algorithms.
After the global update 2.0 of the platform infrastructure, SmartHoldem has transitioned from an Inflationary model with limited emission to a Deflationary model with limited emission.
Emission in DPoS SmartHoldem L1 has been completely stopped. The deflationary model will reduce the total supply of the SmartHoldem STH cryptocurrency and determine the circulating supply: Min 100,000,000 STH - Max 150,000,000 STH. The SmartHoldem DPoS network has a deflationary mechanism that burns 50% of blockchain fees.
When the total supply is reduced to 100,000,000 STH, the DPoS network will stop burning 50% of the fees. Once the total supply reaches 150,000,000 STH on the DPoS blockchain, the 50% fee burn protocol will be activated. So, the STH value increases, and supply decreases.
Q3: Have you partnered with any central exchanges for SmartHoldem? If so, could you share which exchanges will list the token for purchase?
Toobit was the first extensive centralized exchange. We are delighted to have joined a robust exchange and become part of the Toobit community. SmartHoldem is also available on decentralized exchanges. The complete list of exchanges is on the platform's website.

STH is the native cryptocurrency of SmartHoldem blockchain. SmartHoldem STH is a hard-capped, scarce asset that is used for:

SmartHoldem is a cryptocurrency, decentralized Web3 infrastructure for everyone and a time-tested platform. The platform's changelog shows that it is constantly being developed. It was created by developers who are real fans of decentralization and innovation.
Reputation is the most important point in the crypto space. For example, SmartHoldem has fulfilled all its obligations to Escrow, and only some crypto projects can boast of this. SmartHoldem has survived several crypto winters. Since SmartHoldem is a DPOS blockchain, after the Genesis block launch (2017), we faced the fact that exchanges could not list DPOS coins and received listing refusals. The integration of DPoS with PoSt improves SmartHoldem's scalability. Combining DPoS and PoSt consensus mechanisms within a single blockchain infrastructure creates a stronger and more efficient network.
SmartHoldem DPoS provides high transaction speeds and scalability, making it suitable for gaming applications that require high performance.
Proof of SpaceTime (PoSt) is a revolutionary approach to blockchain security and decentralization. We achieve high decentralization by incorporating this unique algorithm into the SmartHoldem blockchain infrastructure.
The PoSt network supports unlimited nodes, with each node confirming blocks, maintaining a copy of the blockchain history, and propagating new transactions throughout the network. This allows anyone with an Internet connection and some free disk space to participate in farming (similar to mining), securing the network, and receiving rewards.
By combining DPoS and PoSt, we create an efficient and scalable platform. The high transaction speeds and flexibility of DPoS effectively complement the PoSt verification process, allowing the network to handle increased transaction volumes while maintaining security and decentralization.

This protocol, which stands for Smart Inter-Chain Data Communication Protocol, will be integrated into the DpoS and PoSt SmartHoldem nodes, where blockchains can directly communicate for certain types of transactions. The SID module ensures that the SmartHoldem STH coin is not duplicated in another blockchain, further enhancing the system's integrity.

We are entering a new chapter with the SmartHoldem 2.0 Roadmap.
As you already know, we released our new Play-to-Airdrop game SmartBlocks 2048 today. The next release is planned for the decentralized lottery platform, and we are finishing work on the mobile version. The lottery platform deserves attention, as it is a fully decentralized platform that will be integrated into Telegram. Any user or channel owner can launch their lottery based on the SmartHoldem blockchain. Also, as I said above, we are preparing to launch the STH cross-chain contract in the TÓN blockchain and integrate SmartHoldem applications into the TÓN store.
We are looking forward to 2025 - the year of exciting releases: the launch of the PoST test network, the launch of the PoST Mainnet, STH Mining Pool, Airdrop for Minners, the launch of the NFT Marketplace with works by famous artists (we have already signed a cooperation agreement with the authors) and of course the launch of the Decentralized Poker Platform!
