Web 4.0 Communication

Messaging Without Witnesses: The Web 4.0 Standard

Nobody Can See Who You Talk To. Privacy is a human right secured by mathematics.

SmartNet P2P Messenger

Decentralized Messaging: No Servers. No Logs.

Traditional messengers rely on centralized servers that store your metadata and scan your content. SmartNet’s P2P Messenger eliminates the middleman completely.

  • Direct Device-to-Device: Messages travel via Iroh (QUIC) straight from your device to your peer. No servers. No MITM.
  • E2EE by Default: Every message is encrypted with X25519 + AES-256-GCM. Only the recipient can decrypt it.
  • Group Sovereignty: Create groups with admin-controlled policies. Kick members, rotate keys, set entry fees — all enforced by cryptography, not server rules.
  • Anti-Spam Economics: Set a price for incoming messages. Spammers must pay STH to reach you. Mass harassment becomes economically impossible.

0xID Mail: Three Levels of Privacy. One Client.

Why choose between convenience and security? 0xID Mail works with your existing Gmail or Yandex accounts while offering military-grade encryption and blockchain-verified identity.

Mode 1: Classic (Cleartext)

Use it as your daily driver. Connect any IMAP/SMTP account. All history stays in a local, PIN-encrypted Sled database.

Mode 2: Encrypted Bridge

Send fully encrypted emails to any normal email address. The provider only sees Base64 garbage. Your identity is verified on-chain with a green Verified Badge — spoofing becomes impossible.

Mode 3: Pure P2P (@sth)

Total anonymity. No SMTP servers. No logs. Messages travel directly via Iroh P2P. Addresses like alice@sth are registered on-chain and belong to you forever.

Economic Anti-Spam & Cryptographic Identity

In Web 4.0, money is the ultimate anti-spam shield. To message a new contact, you send a small Invite Transaction (1 STH). This proves you are a real human, not a bot farm.

Every sender’s identity is cryptographically tied to their SmartHoldem wallet. If someone tries to spoof an address, the client checks the blockchain signature instantly.

Valid signature → Green Verified Badge

Invalid signature → Red Badge

Under the Hood: Zero-Trust Architecture

Local-First Storage

All emails and chats live in an encrypted Sled DB on your device. Lost PIN = Lost Data. This is a feature.

Web of Trust

Your address book exists only on your device. No server knows who you talk to.

NTFRY Protocol

Hybrid encryption: X25519 + XChaCha20-Poly1305 + zstd compression.

Fallback Resilience

If the recipient is offline, the client automatically falls back to an encrypted envelope via SMTP (Mode 2).

Your Data. Your Keys. Your Network.
